Overview
What is TAI Software?
TAI Software is a cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) designed for freight brokers and 3PLs. The Public API provides endpoints to book and manage domestic shipments, update tracking status, manage alerts, synchronize reference numbers, log EDI 204 changes, retrieve and reconcile carrier bills and customer invoices, integrate with external loadboards, and receive real-time webhook notifications for shipment, billing, and entity events.

API Key

TMS URL

Your TAI site-specific URL, e.g. JAM.taicloud.net. Found under LSP > Onboarding Guide > Site Organization Information.
Customer Reference Number

Required when using a Broker Staff API key. Identifies the target customer for each request.
