Ask about what just came in, without leaving the page#

Beside your messages sits an assistant panel. Pick a message and ask what it means for the shipment it belongs to. "Does this rate match what we quoted?" "Is this the third delay on this load?" "What did we agree with this carrier last week?" You get an answer in plain language, drawn from the message and the connected records around it.

You can also ask about the day as a whole. "Which loads still have no delivery confirmation?" "Any carriers that went quiet on us today?" The assistant reads across everything that came in, so the pattern you would have missed by reading one message at a time comes into view.
